Vegan Cabbage Soup Diet – 3-Day Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 1 onion
  • 3 stalks of celery
  • 2 cans of stewed tomatoes (make sure they are vegan)
  • 1 cup of vegetable broth (or water for a lower-sodium option)
  • Seasonings: Vegan Cajun seasoning, salt, pepper, and onion powder

Instructions:

Day 1:

  1. Begin by chopping the cabbage into small pieces, discarding the tough core.
  2. Dice the onion and celery.
  3. In a large soup pot, combine the chopped cabbage, diced onion, and celery.
  4. Add two cans of vegan stewed tomatoes to the pot.
  5. Pour in one cup of vegetable broth (or water if preferred) to ensure there’s enough liquid for the soup.
  6. Season with vegan Cajun seasoning, salt, pepper, and onion powder to taste. Ensure the seasonings are free from animal-derived ingredients.
  7. Stir all the ingredients together.
