Pico De Gallo

Ingredients:

  • 2 red tomatoes, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 small white onion, finely chopped
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 t. (125 ml) chopped cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 C. (15ml) olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preperation:

Placing all ingredients in mix bowl & blend well.
Serve chilled, with fried tortilla wedges.
